We decided that we needed a round-up of our favourite geeky fireplaces to stream on Christmas morning! The worst part about fireplaces is the upkeep, and on a day already filled with chaos, a Christmas morning fireplace can be replaced with a stream.

Sometimes, the best thing about watching streams is not watching them and having excellent background noise with sublime imagery to calm the senses. On a chaotic morning filled with ‘not enough time,’ Christmas can be the perfect time to flex a TV’s ability to stream a warm and cozy fireplace.

While there are many good in-game events for the holiday season, there are just as many fireplace streams out there, but there are a few that relate to favourite characters or are just downright geeky in nature, making Christmas morning that much more relatable to fans. Without further ado, these are our top geeky fireplaces to stream on Christmas morning!

Nick Offerman’s ‘Yule Log’ Of Parks and Recreation fame, Nick Offerman, who plays the iconic Ron Swanson, treats fans to an inside look at a very cozy-looking room where he invites the audience to sit by the fire as he playfully glares into their souls for just over 45 minutes. The meeting is a very intimate one, although no words are spoken between the audience and the actor. Have Nick Offerman sit and enjoy a very special occasion with family on a Christmas morning, or maybe even during a family card game.

Curl up with the Toretto’s this Christmas morning as you sit by the barbeque. With a quick glimpse of the Fast & Furious family, including Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodrigues and more, you can watch a full hour of their chicken on the BBQ while you settle in with your own family this Christmas morning!

BB-8 And The Yule Log From Sphero This Star Wars-themed yule log features fan favourite droid BB-8 sitting in front of a very relaxing fireplace uttering pure droid goodness. As BB-8 looks around, it feels as though he is right in the room with the audience, resting upon a throne fit for a droid of his calibre. In The Force Awakens, BB-8 is seen rushing around the scenes where it’s featured, in this particular scene however he takes a much-needed break to cozy up with the family on Christmas morning.

Harry Potter Wizarding World Yule Log What better way to cozy up on Christmas morning without a little magic? This Harry Potter Wizarding World yule log gets straight to the point, with a Hogwarts decoration-clad room featuring a warm fireplace and comfort all around. The crackling sounds make ASMR take a lap on its broomstick with the coziness this fireplace can bring. For Harry Potter fans, this is the perfect fireplace stream to have for a frigid morning, filled with magic.

The Witcher Fireplace on Netflix Fans of everything The Witcher-related need to look no further than this fireplace streaming on Netflix. The fireplace features Witcher-laden tunes, with a crackling fire on the centre screen. The music cues from the hit series allow for an audio-only adventure while the imagery of the fire keeps the audience warm. In coordination with the series’ season two release, this warm stream comes at the perfect time to keep fans warm, while Geralt does all the monster hunting. Toss a coin to your yule log.

These five hot fireplaces will keep every family warm on Christmas morning while adorning fan favourite motifs, from Harry Potter to Parks and Recreation. Most times, the hardest part about streaming is picking what to watch, and these five crackling wood pits are, at the very least, good placeholders while scrambling down lists of streaming options without a specific aim. A very cozy Christmas morning is assured.

Anime-Inspired Yule Log Now, this isn’t dedicated to a specific anime, but fans of the genre and art style will get a kick out of this year’s “Cosy Anime Fireplace” in 4K by THE LINE on YouTube. Not only does this Yule Log cover a genre not often found at Christmas time, but it lasts a full 8 HOURS! It will last way longer than opening presents, right through until Christmas dinner!

Adult Swim Yule Log (The Fireplace)Casper Kelly’s mind-bending Adult Swim Yule Log is the ideal choice for anyone eager to bring back the spook of October this December and will add some zest to those lazy Christmas mornings. The Adult Swim Yule Log starts off with everything one would anticipate: a cozy fire Christmas music playing in the background… Megan Hayes with a noisy vacuum cleaner? While the film is centred on the fire, viewers get to be a third-party witnesses to an odd and horrifying chain of events taking place on the sidelines. Stream it on Adult Swim, Apple TV, or Prime Video.

While making the movies, Kelly answered in an interview that he had “no leash. I would say I went for it, and they let me do it.” so naturally, viewers get to see the full extent of time travel, gateways to the dimensions of the fireplace and very grisly murders; they undoubtedly embraced the concept of “How can we transform a piece of wood into a horror villain?” in this gripping horror-comedy that might become a staple in the holiday homes of anyone looking for some scares this season.
